The leaders discussed enhancing cooperation in areas like energy, technology, and trade, reaffirming the strong and historical ties between India and Nepal. 

In a separate meeting with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, PM Modi reiterated India`s continued support for the Palestinian people. 

Modi expressed deep concern over the humanitarian crisis in Gaza and assured India`s commitment to assisting during these challenging times.

PM Modi met with Kuwait`s Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khalid Al Sabah in New York, where the two leaders discussed strengthening their historical ties and increasing people-to-people exchanges. 

Both nations highlighted the importance of their long-standing relations and explored new avenues for cooperation.

Earlier in the day, Modi met with the US`s top tech leaders and CEOs in a roundtable session. He had previously addressed the Indian diaspora at the full Nassau Veterans Coliseum on Long Island, New York.

After attending the President Joe Biden-hosted Quad Leaders` Summit in Wilmington, Delaware on Saturday, Modi arrived in New York on Sunday. He also had bilateral discussions with Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida, and Biden in Wilmington.
