Abiding the Odd-Even rule, Bharatiya Janata Party MP Manoj Tiwari on Wednesday went to the Parliament riding his bicycle as he owns an even-numbered car. On the one hand where BJP MP Ram Prasad Sharma protested against the rule by riding a horse to the Parliament, Tiwari said that he lives near the Parliament, so he was riding a bicycle to abide the Odd-Even rule.
