Kerala CM Oommen Chandy appears before probe panel

Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Monday appeared before a judicial commission probing the 7-crore solar scam that has engulfed his Congress-led UDF government, over his alleged links to the accused in the massive cheating scandal.
