My favourite thing to eat is Kaalan, a thick yoghurt and coconut chutney. There will also be Olan, which is a coconut milk-based dish made with pumpkin and beans, and payasam for dessert.

Mom will be doing most of the cooking, and who better to be spoilt and pampered by! We have to get up at 4 am to perform certain rituals to ensure that the year ahead will be one of abundance. I guess, in some ways, it's similar to the law of attraction.
