I've learnt from my experience that it is important to know the language of the country and to produce work with which people are able to relate to and identify with.



Also, it is very important to remain grounded. A snobbish attitude simply doesn't work anywhere.

I'm glad that I've been able to strike a rapport with my colleagues in the industry. This has helped me carve my niche as a multilingual singer and performer and find my roots, adulation and appreciation in India.
