Mumbai misses its Tiger

Wise men have aptly said that 'one man with courage can form a majority'. And this stands true for Shiv Sena Chief Bal Thackeray who turns 81 today.

When it comes to senior Thackeray, you may love him, you may hate him, but you cannot do without him. This valiant Tiger, as he is fondly called by his supporters, has the valour to speak up fearlessly.

Thackeray started the Shiv Sena to protect the interests of Maharashtrians and put a stop to illegal immigration. He protested against these immigrants who have turned Mumbai into a slum. Yet, the problem of migrants continues.

Thackeray is an orator par excellence. Even today, his presence attracts a packed house.

Thackeray, the politician, is missed in Mumbai.u00a0 On his birthday, I wish him the best of luck and hope he gets well soon.u00a0u00a0
