I would have been happy had India won the gold at the Asiad and got direct qualification for the 2012 London Olympics.

However, the way some of our other athletes are performing in the Asian Games, there is a silver lining in the dark cloud. We have won seven goals so far and rank eighth in the medals tally. Overall, I am happy with India's performance in the Games. Our athletes are doing a good job at the Asiad.
