The 26/11 terror attacks may have put a hitch in the city's stride, but two months on, Mumbai is back on its feet and how!

The best part of this event is that it is non-discriminatory. It's a race in which little importance is given to the finishing line. The marathon has never been about winning, but about experiencing the spirit of Mumbai.

But, this year the marathon was special. It saw a terror-torn city come together just two months after the attacks. Sporting tees that condemned the terror attacks, Mumbaikars gave out a clear message that they may be down, but they are not out.u00a0
