That is when the importance of 'regular health check-ups' struck me, something that I've been ignoring for the past few years.<br /><br />These days, there are cases of young people suffering from heart-attacks and other diseases associated with old age. According to a health article, young population of India is catching the Type 2 diabetes and the numbers are rising.<br /><br />If such diseases are diagnosed early, treatment can be effective. Hence the importance of regular health check-ups. Henceforth, I have decided that not only will I get important tests done regularly, but will also persuade people around me to do the same.
