To avoid overworking the RPF, firstly their working hours should be reduced. <br /><br />The earlier eight-hour shifts should be reintroduced and the salaries of the RPF should be doubled.<br />u00a0 <br />Apart from a pay hike, they should be provided free accommodation and their children should be provided free education. The government should make provisions to improve their working conditions as well. <br /><br />If the police are satisfied if their work and pay packages, corruption can also be curbed. The police force makes innumerable sacrifices, and yet their efforts often go unnoticed.
