He proved his efficient coaching skills during England's successful 2005 Ashes campaign.<br /><br />Apart from that, he is capable of handling the media pressure as well, just like Gary Kirsten. <br /><br />When I took over as a coach, allegations of match-fixing and Kapil Dev's resignation were in the news but I somehow managed to handle them well.
