Rich pool of talent ain’t enough

Current Team India must display more ruthlessness if they want to be spoken in the same breath as the great West Indian, Australian and Indian teams led by Sourav Ganguly, MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli

It appears the outfit lack the ruthlessness and aggression which earlier Indian teams had. At the heart of these two qualities was effective leadership.
