I am not happy with the standard of basketball players in India. An hour back, I was discussing with some of the former basketball players on how to improve the standard of basketball in India. Standard of play has dropped tremendously since the 60s and 70s. Players should understand that the organisers are putting efforts to improve the level of basketball by conducting many major tournaments. Players here train for maximum two hours a day, which is not a requirement as far as international standards are concerned. I bet our players would not last for more than 7-9 minutes at the international level.

We need Hazare's leadership

Right now the future of Indian basketball is on my mind. I am not happy with the standard of basketball players in India
