It's time we stood up against corrupt practices that have been plaguing our country for years. Although I cannot be sure whether founding the autonomous body is the magic solution to all our problems, I think decentralisation of power is the key. <br /><br />Like Gandhiji said, we must be the change we want to see in the world. It's a supply versus demand rule even in corruption. So, the day we have say no to bribery, we can nip corruption in the bud.
