The shooting rampage killed 12 people and injured 58 others, reports said. Holmes was arrested shortly after the rampage carried out on July 20. According to the report, the Batman obsessed killer was also charged with one count of possession of explosives. Legal analysts expect his case to be dominated by arguments over his sanity.
