Moscow: At least 21 people were killed on Sunday in a fire in a psychiatric hospital in the Voronezh region of Russia, an official source said.

"Nineteen dead bodies were recovered at the fire site, two died in hospital," Tass news agency quoted an official of the emergencies ministry's regional centre as saying.
