Cairo: At least six people were injured in a huge explosion near a national security building in Egypt's Shubra el-Kheima city early on Thursday, officials said.

No deaths have been reported so far while at least six were injured in the attack, said Ahmed Al Ansary, the head of Egypt's Ambulance Authority.
