A judge ordered Lohan to wear one today after her appearance in a Los Angeles courtroom over a missed probation hearing. She claimed she was stuck in Cannes after her passport was stolen last week. The judge set a probation violation hearing for July 6 to address Lohan's failure to appear in court last week for a scheduled progress report on the probation stemming from the two high-profile arrests.
