Amid all the buzz over encouraging board exam results all over India, Jharkhand's Deoghar district has a school where all its 147 students have failed in their secondary board examination

The Jharkhand Academic Council (JAC) announced the results of the secondary board examinations Tuesday. A total of 69.31 percent students passed in the examination.
