Vienna: Iran has failed to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in clarifying two outstanding practical measures in its nuclear programme, the Vienna-based UN nuclear watchdog's latest report said Friday.
"Iran has not provided any explanations that enable the Agency to clarify the outstanding practical measures, namely, those relating to the initiation of high explosives and to neutron transport calculations," Xinhua reported.
