Kate Middleton is reportedly expecting her first child with husband Prince William. A formal announcement is expected. &quot;It would be formally (announced) through the palace press office, but only after the royal gynaecologist is absolutely convinced that Kate is in peak condition,&quot; said the source. The news follows months of speculation that the couple has been eager to have a child. In a previous interview, William refused to confirm or deny reports of a pregnancy. &quot;You won&#39;t get anything out of me. Tight lipped. I am just very keen to have a family and both Catherine and I, you know, are looking forward to having a family in the future,&quot; he had said. Meanwhile, sources say Middleton doesn&#39;t keep a housekeeper, chef or stylist and enjoys fulfilling her role as an officer&#39;s wife. &quot;Kate makes recipes she learned from her mother. She brings a sense of ordinariness that William has always craved,&quot; said the source.
