Damascus: The Islamic State group shot dead three of its former fighters in eastern Syria and dumped their bodies in the desert, refusing to allow their families to bury them, a monitor said.
The executions took place near the village al-Hsan in Deir Ezzor province, the Britain-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said.
