Canberra: The search operation for the missing Malaysia Airlines jetliner MH370 was suspended for Tuesday because of "adverse weather", according to a press release posted by the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) on its website early Tuesday.

The mission will resume if weather conditions improve in the search area, Xinhua quoted it as saying.
