'Transformers' beauty Megan Fox has been voted the 'Sexiest Woman in the World' in the annual poll by leading men's magazine FHM. 
The 23-year-old American beauty took the top spot from Jessica Alba who was last year's winner, reported Contactmusic. 
"This year, after 9.7 million votes from around the world, has never been more authoritative. Megan Fox is a very deserving winner. From out of nowhere, she's captured the hearts and fantasies of British men to capture the number one slot," said the magazine's editor-in-chief Anthony Noguera. 
British Glamour model Keeley Hazell was voted the third sexiest woman in the world, while Hollywood beauties Elisha Cuthbert Hayden Panettiere made up the top five. 
Filling the other five spots in the top ten were Scarlett Johansson, Girls Aloud singer Cheryl Cole, Hillary Duff, Angelina Jolie and Keira Knightley.
