'It's their fault' Deputy Prime Minister Sujata Koirala said, the Nepalese leader would ask rich countries to contribute 1.5 per cent of their gross domestic product to help developing nations cope with climate change. "It's their carbon emissions that are causing us to suffer. We are making this demand to protect future generations," she said.
