An editorial in a leading Pakistan daily has said that the country would need to stop blaming everything that goes wrong on a 'foreign hand', including India, if they to have tighten the noose around terrorists on its soil.

The editorial in the Daily Times also admitted that the terrorists in Pakistan's Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) are those who were nurtured by the state.
