Two men have been sentenced to jail after being convicted of raping an 83-year-old woman in southern Russia. <img alt="" src="/imagedata/2012/jul/oldwoman.jpg" style="width: 500px; height: 527px; " /> Representational pic Vladimir Perov was sentenced to 10 years, while Yury Chaika was given an eight-year term, the investigative committee said Tuesday. The woman was beaten up in her Stavropol region home in July 2011 before she was raped. Perov also threatened to kill the woman, fearing she would tell the police.
