Pic/AP</strong></span></p></td></tr></tbody></table><br />The 39-year-old said that she had made the decision after discovering five months ago that she was expecting her fourth child.<br /><br />Cameron, whose husband took office on Tuesday was creative director for an upmarket stationery firm Smythson, but will now do part-time consultancy for the company instead.<br /><br />"This is a personal decision, and something that I have been considering for some time during what has been an understandably difficult year," she said.
