US President Barack Obama is moving to publish three Bush-era memos that detail interrogation methods used on top al-Qaeda suspects, reported the Newsweek.

The memos were drawn up by Justice Department lawyers during the former administration of George W Bush and if published would set out details of interrogation techniques of terrorist suspects for the first time.
