Gabor has been in ill health and her right leg was partially amputated in January. But Blanchette calls her a fighter and adds, "She's not going to be the third." Celeb myth The rule of three can be traced back to 1959, when Buddy Holly, Richie Valens and the Big Bopper all died in a plane crash. In 1970, rockers Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and Jim Morrison died in close succession.
