The Bharat Jodo Yatra, a mass contact initiative of the Congress, began on September 7 from Kanyakumari in Tamil Nadu. It entered Maharashtra on November 7. The yatra has currently entered Madhya Pradesh. Bollywood personalities who joined Rahul Gandhi with him were Pooja Bhatt, Sushant Singh joined Rahul Gandhi in Hyderabad. While Rashmi Desai, Akansha Puri, Amol Palekar, his wife Sandhya Gokhale, Riya Sen joined him in Maharashtra. 

Veteran actor and filmmaker Amol Palekar joined Along with his wife in Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra. They walked along with Mr. Rahul Gandhi ji and showed their solidarity.
