In a historic gesture, BCCI is dedicating the IPL 2025 final`s closing ceremony to the Indian Armed Forces. The cricket body has invited the Chiefs of the Army, Navy, and Air Force along with decorated soldiers at the Narendra Modi Stadium on June 3. This tribute comes in light of the success of Operation Sindoor. A military band and patriotic performances are also planned for the day. Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir lauded the initiative.
