In a major drug bust in Mumbai, Borivali Police seized 4.72 grams of heroin, valued at approximately Rs 50 lakh. Four individuals have been arrested in connection with the case. The accused reportedly concealed the drugs in the soles of slippers and shoes.

On Friday, 27th September, Mumbai woke up to moderate spells of rain. In the latest Mumbai rain updates, the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) said that a "generally cloudy sky with possibility of moderate rain and thundershowers in the city and its suburbs" for the next 24 hours. Rains lashed parts of Mumbai suburbs disrupting normal life.
