He revealed that his team applied online for certification but was shocked by the corrupt practices at the CBFC office. Vishal explained that they were given an ultimatum: pay Rs 6.5 lakhs for certification, with an initial Rs 3 lakhs for a viewing fee and the remaining Rs 3.5 lakhs for the certificate.
