Equipped with mobile phones and portable ticket printing machines, the Mobile UTS Sahayaks operate across station concourses, holding areas and other railway premises, issuing tickets on the spot. The service supports both cash and digital payments and can also be operated from ticket counters when required

Sources said that the incident occurred at the new division building construction site being developed as part of the CSMT station redevelopment project under the Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA)
