Thousands of devotees from various parts of India congregated in Puri, Odisha, on July 8th to seek blessings from Lord Jagannath during the second day of Rath Yatra celebrations. The annual event commenced on July 7th amidst great fervor. Aerial footage from drones beautifully portrayed the magnificence and festive spirit of the occasion, highlighting colorful processions and enthusiastic participation of devotees. The atmosphere was vibrant as people immersed themselves in the rituals and celebrations associated with Lord Jagannath`s Rath Yatra, emphasizing the cultural and religious significance of this grand event in Puri, Odisha.

Indian Railways will operate 857 special trains towards Puri and back during the Jagannath Rath Yatra this year for approximately 20 lakh pilgrims, who are visiting Puri, said Railways Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw. He interacted with the pilgrims during his visit to the Railway Station.He further said that all arrangements have been made at the Puri station for the Pilgrims coming here for the Rath yatra.
