As India responds to Pakistan’s recent drone and missile attacks with Operation Sindoor, celebrities across the country are voicing support for the armed forces like Anil Kapoor, Anupam Kher, Kangana Ranaut, Shraddha Kapoor and Manushi Chhillar. From Jammu and Kashmir, Hina Khan, Aly Goni, and Samay Raina offered prayers for their homeland. Others like Mouni Roy, Raveena Tandon, Angad Bedi, and Sonal Chauhan also stood in solidarity with the Indian Army.
Following the deadly terror attack in Pahalgam that claimed 26 lives, India launched Operation Sindoor, a coordinated military response involving the Army, Navy, and Air Force. The forces carried out precision strikes on terror camps located in Pakistan and Pakistan-occupied Kashmir (PoK). The operation has drawn strong reactions from several public figures. Actress-turned-politician Kangana Ranaut expressed her support, while BJP leader Manoj Tiwari also lauded the armed forces. Pawan Kalyan, actor-politician and Deputy Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh, praised the military for their "precise and powerful" action, commending their courage and commitment to national security.
