Billie Eilish dominated the night with multiple wins for her album Hit Me Hard And Soft, while Beyoncé, Bruno Mars, and Lady Gaga also took home top honours. BTS’s RM won Favourite K-pop Artist despite being on military duty, while Taylor Swift went home empty-handed despite several nominations.
