Prateek Yadav, the younger son of late Samajwadi Party founder Mulayam Singh Yadav and half-brother of Akhilesh Yadav, has died suddenly in Lucknow at the age of 38. According to the postmortem report, Prateek Yadav died due to cardiorespiratory collapse caused by massive pulmonary thromboembolism. His body was taken to KGMU for autopsy under tight security and videography surveillance. Akhilesh Yadav, while mourning his half-brother’s death, hinted that business-related stress may have affected him in recent months.
