After celebrating Pongal, PM Narendra Modi on January 14, fed cows at his official residence in Delhi on the occasion of Makar Sankranti 2024. The mini cows were seen munching on fodder and fresh grasses as they enjoyed affectionate gesture by PM Modi. Notably, January 14 marks celebrations of different festivals across India. Bihu, Pongal, Bhogi, Uttarayan are some of festivals celebrated on the day to mark the passing of winter season. On January 14th, Prime Minister Narendra Modi also attended the Pongal 2024 celebrations in Delhi. The celebrations event was organised at the residence of Union Minister L Murugan.
