A Thane court has acquitted three men accused of conspiring to cause harm using explosives allegedly found in an SUV in Mumbra in 2017. The court cited lack of eyewitnesses and ruled that the prosecution failed to establish a clear link between the accused and the seized explosive materials

The court posted the petition for hearing on January 28. The petitioner had sought permission to organise a peaceful protest on January 21 for the Dhangar reservation, but the court, refusing an urgent hearing, said a protest can be held on any day
