The Prithvi Shaw selfie controversy keeps on developing as social media influencer Sapna Gill came forward with fresh allegations against the cricketer and said that neither she ever asked for a selfie nor she ever knew Shaw. The influencer further recalled the entire incident and narrated her side of the story. She further alleged the cricket of touching her private parts and hitting her. The Prithvi Shaw selfie row erupted when the cricketer alleged the influencer of forcefully asking for a selfie. Since the first FIR has been logged, the blame has been shifting between both the influencer and the cricketer as both of them keep accusing each other of new allegations.
Atleast eight people were booked by the Mumbai Police for alleged extortion and unlawful assembly after a ruckus over taking selfies with Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw. The suspects attacked the cricketer’s car when he denied them selfies and later demanded rupees 50,000. The police is investigationg the matter.
