Terrorists opened fire on an army vehicle in the Sunderbani Sector area, located in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district, according to officials. In a separate development last week, security forces achieved a major success in their fight against militants. They discovered and destroyed a militant hideout in the Simbli Shajroo area of Mahore, which is in the Reasi district. The operation was based on specific intelligence information, and it led to the recovery of a significant amount of weapons and ammunition. The seized items included four magazines, 268 rounds of AK-47 rifle ammunition, four Under Barrel Grenade Launchers (UBGL), and four packets of detonators. This operation was seen as a significant blow to anti-national elements in the region.
