Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar expressed his happiness about being part of the 55th International Film Festival of India (IFFI), noting that he has attended for nearly 20-22 years in various roles, including as a jury member and chairman. He highlighted the significance of IFFI as a platform where filmmakers from around the world and India come together to showcase quality films. Bhandarkar also shared insights into his upcoming project, 'Wives of Bollywood.' 

A.R. Rahman and Subhash Ghai reunited at a screening to celebrate 25 years of 'Taal'. Director Subhash Ghai and music director A.R. Rahman spoke about their collaboration on the film. Both AR Rahman and Subhash Ghai reminisced about the journey of creating music for Taal. Rahman mentioned how people still love the live performances of the title track of the film. The event was a memorable one as the team of the film went down memory lane and raised laughs.
