A Romanian border village has been evacuated after a massive LPG tanker, the Orinda, caught fire near Ukraine following a Russian drone strike. Concerns are mounting as continued Russian strikes target southern Ukraine’s port infrastructure, including energy facilities and multiple vessels, causing significant overnight damage in the Odesa region.
