Met Gala 2025 returned with the theme “Tailored for You,” celebrating suiting and personal style. Shah Rukh Khan made a stunning debut in Sabyasachi, joined by Kiara Advani in Gaurav Gupta, and Diljit Dosanjh. Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas turned heads with retro glam, Isha Ambani brought regal elegance, and designer Manish Malhotra marked his debut on fashion’s biggest night. Other honorary mentions included Rihanna, ASAP Rocky, Zendaya, Gigi Hadid, Anna Wintour, Sabrina Carpenter, Lisa, and Jennie of BLACKPINK, Kendall Jenner, Hailey Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Madonna, and Shakira.
Sabyasachi celebrated his 25th anniversary with a star-studded event. Deepika Padukone made her first runway appearance since becoming a mother, while Christy Turlington closed the show. Bollywood celebrities, including Sonam Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Sobhita Dhulipala, Sharvari, and Ananya Panday, dazzled on the red carpet in black ensembles. Alia Bhatt shared memories of working with Sabyasachi. British journalist Suzy Menkes also attended, praising Sabyasachi’s ‘courageous journey’ in fashion.
