BJP MLA Devayani Farande, who participated in the rally, made strong remarks while addressing the issue. She alleged that Hindu girls were being pressured to observe roza and offer namaz, and accused the perpetrators of sexual assault and forced religious conversion

The move comes after multiple complaints from women employees alleging sexual harassment, coercion, and attempts at religious conversion at the TCS Nashik unit. Police have registered several FIRs in the case and arrested a number of individuals, including senior staff members
