Tanishaa mukerji
Several Bollywood personalities gathered to pay their respects at the prayer meet of Rono Mukherjee, uncle of actresses Kajol and Rani Mukerji. Kajol, Ayan Mukerji, Jaya Bachchan, Shweta Bachchan, Tanishaa Mukerji, and Sumona Chakravarti were among those seen offering condolences and standing by the Mukerjee family during the solemn occasion.
Veteran director Rono Mukherjee, uncle to Kajol and Rani Mukherji, and known for directing films like Tu Hi Meri Zindagi (1965) and Haiwan (1977), passed away in Mumbai at the age of 83 due to age-related health issues. His daughter, Sharbani Mukherjee, was joined by cousins Tanishaa and Ayan Mukerji at the funeral, while Kajol and Rani were absent due to work commitments.
