Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 16 addressed a public rally in Bihar’s Gaya. During his public rally, he attacked RJD and Lalu Yadav and said even the court has passed judgment on ‘Chara Ghotala’ and accused RJD chief of being involved in fodder scam. He said, “RJD has ruled Bihar for several years but they don't have the guts to discuss the work done by their government. 16 April,2024 05:08 PM ISTPappu’s Yadav merged his Jan Adhikar Party (JAP) with Congress on March 20 ahead of Lok Sabha elections 2024. The Jan Adhikar Party president lauded Congress leaders Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi while addressing a press conference in Delhi. He further slammed Bharatiya Janata Party and terming it as a party of a ‘dictator’. He went on to say that alongside Congress he’ll work hard for the betterment of Bihar.

Lalu Yadav’s remarks during the Jan Vishwas Rally sparked controversy on March 03. While addressing the rally Lalu Yadav went on to question PM Modi’s religion.He said, “Who is Narendra Modi? He accuses us of doing dynastic politics. What can we do if Modi does not have a family of his own? Why is he childless? He is not even a true Hindu". He further accused PM Modi of promoting hate politics. Despite his ill health, Yadav appeared to be in full form and gave a fiery speech.

12 February,2024 04:10 PM ISTAIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi on January 28 slammed Nitish Kumar after he rejoined hands with the Bharatiya Janata Party in Bihar. Reacting on Nitish Kumar Resignation, Owaisi said, “Nitish Kumar, Tejashwi Yadav, PM Modi should apologise to the people of Bihar... All three have betrayed the people of Bihar, especially Nitish Kumar. The term political opportunism will be an understatement, Nitish Kumar has broken all records. I always said Nitish Kumar would go with BJP. I want to ask Tejaswi Yadav how does it feel? He took away four of our MLAs. Does he feel the same pain now? He has been played the same way he played us. Nitish Kumar will just be the face of RSS and Narendra Modi’s governance in Bihar. Tejaswi Yadav and his family have sidelined the people of Bihar and their focus is to only have someone from among them to be the CM. Nitish Kumar wants to be the CM for as long as he lives. BJP just wants everything to themselves, by hook or by crook. The people of Bihar have been betrayed. There is no development in Bihar. Bureaucracy is on the rise in the state. AIMIM always said that political secularism is used to betray Indian Muslims. And now Muslims of Bihar have been betrayed again.”
