 Remembering 2006 Mumbai train bombings, which upturned the lives of hundreds of Mumbaikars on 11th July 2006 forever in a mere span of 15 minutes. Post the 1993 blast, the Mumbai 7/11 train bombings were one of the deadliest terror attacks that Mumbai had seen. The terror attack halted city’s lifeline that targeted first-class suburban compartments during the evening rush hour. However, most remarkable was the heroic efforts of the Railway men on duty who brought back the Railway operations to normal soon after the attack and got back Mumbai on its feet even amidst the turmoil of suffering, loss and trauma. British composer Sam Slater on composing music for 'The Railway Men'

Slater is known for his background scores in the OTT show Chernobyl and the movie Joker.Ask British composer Sam Slater what composing music for a film or series involves and he introduces us to the concept of a sound world. Slater, a two-time Grammy award winner who’s known for his background scores in the documentary Chernobyl and the movie Joker, says that coming up with a musical theme for a series involves “staying true to its history”.
